WHAT IS IT ABOUT VERMEER'S ART?
WHY ARE HIS IMAGES SO GRIPPING AND MEMORABLE?

Vermeer's art was composed using the Grail Geometry, suggesting a Priory of Sion connection.

You have reached the website that reveals a centuries-old secret. The Dutch master artist Jan Vermeer (1632-1675) used a secret, forbidden geometric formula to compose several of his masterpieces. It is here proposed that Vermeer learned the "Grail Geometry" as an apprentice to a contemporary connected to a secret society. This 17th century genius has been called "The Sphinx of Delft" (Holland) -- because his paintings have presented hitherto unsolvable riddles for experts attempting to explain definitively the captivating appeal of these expressly geometric -- yet painterly and luministic images.

A geometric analysis of “The Astronomer” (above) and “The Geographer” (below) reveals that Vermeer positioned the features of each composition to conform to the Grail Geometry.  Find out why the left hand of each Netherlandish genius is symbolic of the concealment of the "Holy Grail".  ( Note how the left hand is positioned prominently in the horizontal center of each painting.)  Learn more!  Learn the Grail Geometry, and view these masterpieces of genre art in a new light -- revealing how Vermeer used the Grail Geometry in these many examples (identified so far) of his thirty-five surviving paintings.
